What happens when a platform restricts one of our links?
Promote one of the spare domains you pointed in advance. The creator's bio link works again on the spare, with the same destination and page settings. Nothing is rebuilt.
Do we need our own domains?
Yes. Every creator link runs on a domain your agency owns. You add it in the portal and set the two nameservers it shows you at your registrar. We do not buy or renew domains for you.
When does billing start for a creator?
Only once that creator has a live link. Signing up costs nothing: we check your card but do not charge it. Your first live creator starts the monthly bill, charged at once. A creator who goes live later in the month is charged for the rest of that month there and then. Creators you have added but not launched are not billed. The price is £50 per creator per month plus VAT, with unlimited links.
What do crawlers and link scanners see?
A neutral page. The destination does not appear in the page source, and an unknown or paused domain returns exactly the same neutral page.
Which apps do you move visitors out of?
Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat and Facebook. Instagram on iPhone opens the real browser automatically, Android is handed to Chrome, and other apps take one tap.
Do you have a referral programme?
Yes. Every agency has a referral link in the portal. When an agency signs up with it, you get 20% of what they pay, before VAT, as credit on your HOPWALL bill for 12 months from their first payment. It is account credit only, with no cash value, and it carries forward until used. The link must be used at sign-up, and connected agencies do not earn credit.
Do you guarantee views, reach or that a link will not be restricted?
No. Platforms change their rules and behaviour without notice. The health check and spare domains help you respond quickly when a link is restricted; they do not prevent it.
Do fans see a landing page?
No, not by default. Fans go straight through to OF. Show page is optional and off by default: turn it on for a creator and fans see their page and tap to continue, which usually lowers click-through.
Does the link page show your name?
No. Link pages carry no product branding. They show the creator's display name, avatar, tagline and button, in the skin you choose, and every domain gets its own small variation.
Can we brand each creator's page?
Yes. Pick one of six skins per creator, override it per domain if you like, and set the display name, avatar, a short tagline, the button label and an accent colour.
Who can see our stats?
Only your agency. Stats are split by creator and by domain, and no other agency can see them.
How do we cancel?
Remove a creator in the portal and they come off your bill from the next billing date. The current month is not refunded. With no live creators you pay nothing from the next bill. The full terms are on the Terms page.
